Resolved Question: What is a beneficiary deed in Ohio?

I currently have a general warranty deed and I have a new wife and want to add her to the deed so that she can remain in the home/property after I die and have all rights that I had. She of course would take over the payments on the loan if it were not paid off. I want to avoid probate and someone who would fight her for the property (a sibling) after I pass on.
