Resolved Question: Representation in a Civil Court?

March 27, 2012 by Anthony Nitz

My mother is incapacitated due to dementia. I am her probate conservator. I would like to file a limited civil case law suite on behalf of my mother without a lawyer (in pro per). In other words, my mother is the plaintiff. I would file “Gardien an Litem” and “order to appear” form. Is it allowed in California?
