Resolved Question: My husband is renting out a house to my stepson and his wife….?

…. My stepson has a set of wonderful furniture which him and his wife furnished the house with. My stepson and his wife do have insurance on everything they own, but since there’s no lease on the house and it’s just a verbal agreement and if I inherit the house will their furnishing go into probate once my husband dies? Will I also get my stepsons furniture since there was no signed agreement?
Unfurnished, but there’s no contract or lease stating one way or the other
