Resolved Question: Home and Probate Question?

What would happen to my house if i were to die and no one was on the deed or title. Would my wife be the owner of the house?And would my wife be able to pay off the house with the life insurance payout?
If she were to pay off the house, how long would she have time to sell the house before property taxes kick in? what happens if she doesn’t pay property tax during the time she is trying to sell the house?
