Can an executor sell off beneficiaries property before probate is granted?
Should an executor inform beneficiaries befor selling the decesed personal property so they can retain keepsakes between them?
The executor is in New Zealand and the beneficiaries in UK. Are we not entitled to see our properties and view the contents of the house where the deceased lived so that we all can decide what to keep or whether we wish to retain properties?
