Open Question: What is the pole that AKA prophytes carry when at their neo’s probate?

I know alot of southern AKAs use them. What are they called? Where can they be purchased? I want to get one for my prophyte.
Alpha Kappa Alpha members may not be the only NPHC org that uses these pole/canes. If anyone knows about them please answer.
