Open Question: If a Tax Clearance Certificate is filed and all pertaining documents are filed by March 31st?

In regards to an estate that has cleared probate, how long would it be before a trustee could make interim disbursements to a beneficiary? And are there any documents the beneficiary would be obligated to supply in order to begin receiving said payouts? General question I know, but any help you can offer is greatly appreciated.
There is no contest to the will, and the estate consists of only 3 properties each valued between (300,000-1 million) With other financial assets all of which are left to specific individuals. The will and estate are very well planned.
